The thesis deals with the audit of the financial statements of the selected company. In the theoretical part, there is the general knowledge about the auditing, the audit legislation, the procedure of financial statements audit and the auditing issues from the audited company's perspective. The next separate part concerns Austrian auditors. The practical part applies the selected audit procedures in the audited company and analyzes the preparation of the audited company for the audit. The proposal part contains the recommendations for the organization of accounting work within this preparation.

The capital structure of the company in relation to liquidity

This work describes liquidity of specific Czech company in terms of its capital structure. In the theoretical part of this thesis is explained liquidity and its impact on company operations. The practical part of this thesis is oriented on analysis of liquidity and description of the current situation in the company. In the final part is described the current situation of the company. The end of this work is focused on comments and recommendations for improvement.

The theoretical part contains basic informations about the company's assets, short -- term assets, its characteristics and it describes in details the options valuation methods of assets and inventory management. Practical part contains analyzes of current assets management system in selected company, compare findings with the competition, it identifies potential deficiencies and recommends changes for improvement.

Evaluation of assets in adjustment of US GAAP

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to provide information about assets and their evaluation in adjustment of US GAAP. The first part deals with current assets, the second one with long-term property. It always contains brief introduction of each category and description of its content, followed by evaluation of mentioned assets with practical explanation by examples and tables. At the end there are remarked comparisons with Czech accounting standards and highlighted main differences.

Analysis of the entry of the foreign company by the direct investment in the region

This thesis aims to analyse the impacts of the entry of the direct foreign investment of Futaba Czech s. r. o. on Havlíčkův Brod region. The introductory part contains a list of the sources reporting on the company{\crq}s investment decisions. Various aspects concerning the localization factors are included as well. Next part focuses on examining Futaba Czech s. r. o. in particular but also partly on Sklo Bohemi, a. s. and Pleas, a. s. They represent the three largest companies in Havlíčkův Brod region. The main aim of the author of the work was to find out how these three companies influence each other, even though each of them is interested in a different branch of industry. The following hypotheses are examined in the thesis: 1) Funding of FCZ by short-term credits indicates an existence of the significant insecurity, which can cause some doubts about company{\crq}s ability to continue to work according to principle based on continuation unlimited by time. 2) Benefit of the direct foreign investment of Futaba for the region is substantial at the present time and the impacts on the social environment are considerable as well. 3) Termination of operations of the company Sklo Bohemia, a. s. has influenced the social conditions of Havlíčkův Brod region significantly and it has had an influence on the operation of the companies Futaba Czech s. r. o. and Pleas, a. s. All three hypotheses have been verified in the thesis. The last part of the work gives the report of the evaluation of the hypotheses in question and a supposition, that the examined company might leave Czech market, because the results of its management are getting worse, is expressed.

Financing of short-term needs of the enterprise.

The object of the bachelor thesis is to describe structure of the assets in enterprise, focusing on short time assets. Clasify the rules for short-term financing and evaluate possibilities of these needs with their advantages and disadvantages. The experimental part contains system of relative financial indicators and its application in particular enterprise. The Evaluation of financial situation and suggestions for the enterprise were brougt out in the conclusion of the bacheor thesis.
